Basic use for family or very small business. Set up not difficult but, finding download for this model was challenging. I like the idea of the ink tanks. I don’t like that the paper holder and feed is open off the back of the unit. It is exposed to dust which could cause extra maintenance to keep the feed clean and clear. I have used other brands over the years and I find the cost of ink has now directed me to this type of unit. So far so good…we need to give it some time to perform for us and then I will update my experience.Basic use for family or very small business. Not a fan of the rear paper feed. The scan feature was difficult to set-up to enable scanning from the device as opposed to using the computer desktop. The noise level when printing is also higher than expected. I do like the bottled ink compared to the cartridges.

Best Replacement Printer for now.
Replaced the old Epson printer that I had for the last ten years that finally died. No more ink cartridges. What's not tp like. Does a good job with glossy sheets & envelops too. I hope the next ones have a paper tray that holds half a ream.
